چکیده
Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder are disorders characterized by alterations in cellular molecular mechanisms. Annexin A3 (ANXA3) has various effects on neural mechanisms membrane phospholipid function both thought to be associated with psychotic disorders. Our study consisted of 93 schizophrenia 52 healthy controls. ANXA3 was analyzed enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). levels were significantly different between the groups (p<0.001). control group higher than (p<0.001, p<0.001). The Laboratory B12, folate, vitamin D, glucose, urea, creatinine, prothrombin time (PT), gamma-glutamyl transferase lactate dehydrogenase compared groups. B12 lower (p=0.05, Creatinine creatinine (p<0.05). According posthoc test results, PT In line these findings, we suggest that protein deficiency may have an important role physiopathology used as a biomarker diagnosis some

متن کاملDiminished serum repetin levels in patients with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder
Repetin (RPTN) protein is a member of S100 family and is known to be expressed in the normal epidermis. Here we show that RPTN is ubiquitously expressed in both mouse and human brain, with relatively high levels in choroid plexus, hippocampus and prefrontal cortex. To investigate the expression of RPTN in neuropsychiatric disorders, we determined serum levels of RPTN in patients with schizophre...
متن کاملDecreased levels of plasma glutamate in patients with first-episode schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
A variety of studies have suggested that glutamatergic neurotransmission is altered in schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Here, we tested if plasma glutamate levels are altered in 56 patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or non-specified psychosis at the first psychotic episode and at various stages during one-year follow-up. A decrease in the levels of plasma glutamate was o...
